Here's something I've been meaning to post for a while but I couldn't find the right time for it... so I figured since today was his birthday I'd just go ahead and throw it up now.
Those of you who listen to the podcast might know LOKI as a master hacker, who's been known to hack GTA4 or play around with modded XBOX 360 consoles, but back in the day he was also known for being quite good at coming up with amazing remixes, which I wanted to highlight some of my favorites.
So hit the jump to take a listen to some of his work throughout the years!
Here it is, the FINAL segment of our marathon, taped live over Labor Day Weekend on the show where EVERY gamer has a voice. More phone calls and tweets and chatters help carry us thru the evening hours, but not before we play some infamous OLR games such as Listless and Match Game!
Here it is, Part 2 of the marathon episode of Orange Lounge Radio taped LIVE earlier this week.
In this segment, the "main" part of the show is done, so the hosts venture into the vault for some memories about old games and how they all met. Extra news stories are covered, more classic games are unveiled, and most importantly- Dinner is ordered! We keep the show going with the help of our live chatters and more phone calls on the show where EVERY gamer has a voice- Orange Lounge Radio!
(blah blah blah copyright blah blah... you know the drill, sorry!)
An 'I Love That Song!' article about a music game song? DT must be back in town! See I can read your mind.
One of the brand new songs featured in the somewhat recent installment, beatmania IIDX 14 GOLD GOLD RUSH was probably one of the most memorable ones. An extended version of the title screen's music, this song also featured some of the greatest engrish lyrics ever, and for whatever reason it named off all the IIDX incarnations up to this point.
Interestingly there were four different incarnations of this song: the IIDX original, a version that appeared in Pop'n Music 18: SENGOKU RETSUDEN, and two alternate versions that appeared in DDR X2 AC. To check each of those out, hit the jump below!
